    3. Content: You own your posts and can use them anywhere, forever. You give Contentplate a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show your content in our food discovery app and website, and to use what's in it (dishes, prices, ambience) as data for our platform and AI answers.     4. Creator footage is licensed to both you and Contentplate. The creator agrees to this before any visit.
    5. We use your footage to improve Contentplate's own service. Anything beyond that, such as licensing data to third parties or training models for others, needs your separate consent.

    7. Bookings, complaints and anything sensitive go to you. We never post prices, offers or anything that costs you money without your OK.
